Terms & Conditions – y4444 Platform User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and y4444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the y4444 website accessible at y4444.app and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing arcade games, and any other gaming or betting products offered therein.

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any portion of the y4444 platform, you expressly agree to these Terms in their entirety. 3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the y4444 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across associated accounts.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify y4444 of any changes promptly via the support channel at [email protected].

• Your account credentials (mobile number and password) are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your y4444 account.
• y4444 will never request your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any such communication should be reported immediately.
• Accounts created using false, incomplete, or misleading information may be closed at any time without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

y4444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT via the TRC20 network.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to payment method limits and account verification status; contact support for high-volume deposit arrangements.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited instantly to your y4444 balance upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during business hours.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the reversal of funds and account suspension.
• y4444 does not accept deposits made from credit facilities or loans. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are your own disposable income.
• All deposits are subject to y4444's anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. Suspicious deposit patterns may trigger a hold and request for documentation.

y4444 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as your y4444 account. y4444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours, subject to verification requirements and payment method availability.
• Prior to your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) must be completed. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger additional verification at y4444's discretion.
• y4444 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending investigation of suspected bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or AML concerns.
• Withdrawal of deposited funds that have not been subjected to any gaming activity may be subject to a payment processing fee to cover transaction costs.
• In the event of a technical error that has credited funds to your account incorrectly, you must notify y4444 immediately. Wagers placed using erroneously credited funds may be voided.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on y4444 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, game, or event. General rules applicable to all gaming activity on the platform include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. y4444 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a result, y4444's determination shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in these Terms.
• y4444 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregularities, match-fixing suspicions, data feed errors, or force majeure events.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they have a problem with gambling may self-exclude for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from known bugs must be returned;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Facilitating access to the platform by a minor;
• Engaging in chargebacks or unauthorised payment disputes with your payment provider after placing wagers.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

y4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, y4444 may retain the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, funds may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the legitimate balance will be returned via the player's verified payment method.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the y4444 platform including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, data, and user interface elements is the exclusive intellectual property of y4444 or its licensed suppliers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written authorisation from y4444.

Third-party game providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles. y4444 operates these games under licence and makes no independent claim to ownership of third-party game content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y4444 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with their use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, device malfunction, or force majeure events.

The y4444 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or continuously available. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.

13 Privacy

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the y4444 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

y4444 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities is conducted only to the extent necessary for the provision of services and compliance with applicable obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms
